Raining all day, and in the afternoon near whiteout in the sky, except just before sunset the clouds broke and a crazy rosy light showed up. It was gone in two minutes, and the clouds closed up again, but it was fun while it lasted.

First the day was bright and warm, then in the afternoon came the clouds. Toward sunset the massive red oaks and white oaks created a green shadow interior as they buttressed the gray shadow interior of the sky.
