William Theodore Van Doren, OUT OF A CLEAR GREEN YELLOW PURPLE SKY (Sunset from Stony Point, Albemarle County, Va.) Oil on watercolor block, 13 x 19.
This was followed by a beautiful deep orange autumn twilight, but I decided to stick with the unusual colors of sunset.
