My view was of the western terminus of a street (Nicoll Avenue) in northern Baltimore, looking across York Road. Overcast and snowing. A detailed picture of the buildings and trees on Nicoll is hidden underneath all the paint, and then just barely reiterated in stylized fashion on top.
